The audits are performed in accordance with standards IEC 61340-5-1 and IEC TR 61340-5-2 (IEC 61340-5-1 and IEC TR 61340-5-2) and the American standards and regulations ANSI / ESD S20.20 -2021 and ANSI/EIA-625C, creating a verification opinion
Besides the actual ESD workstations and areas it is possible to check and verify individual systems, equipment, facilities, stations such as manufacturing, assembly workstations according the ESD requirements.
Acceptance of machinery and equipment according to IEC 61340-5-1 and IEC TR 61340-5-2, IEC TS 61340-5-6, ANSI/ESD SP10.1-2016 and ANSI/ESD SP17.1-2020
Note: It is not sufficient to ground a machine or system. The problem are the components and assemblies, which are handled. During the process in the machine they are charged electrostatically. At specific workstations they can discharge themselves, that damages the ESDS. In addition to the ground, it is not sufficient to use conductive materials. The ESDS can not be discharged by these measures.
