Concept “ESD Control System”

The B.E.STAT group© has developed a 5-stage concept “ESD Control System”, in order to provide a comprehensive service in the field of ESD:

The B.E.STAT European ESD competence centre works closely with the B.E.STAT Elektronik Elektrostatik GmbH. They incorporate the following components of the overall concept:

B.E.STAT European ESD competence centre

  • Analysis of the production and review of the effectiveness of the existing ESD equipment
  • Error analysis in ESD manufacturing, identification of sources of static electricity
  • Conducting audits, preparation of certificates of conformity
  • Qualification of ESD materials ud equipment (machinery and equipment)
  • Education and training of ESD coordinators, conducting staff training (internal and external)
  • Conducting meetings, events and workshops
  • Organization of the “International Panel Symposium ESD”

B.E.STAT Elektronik Elektrostatik GmbH

  • Production and delivery of ESD control equipment
  • Production and delivery of customized solutions
  • Development of new materials and ESD equipment
  • Installation of ESD equipment

Establishing the B.E.STAT group© by Dipl.-Ing. Hartmut Berndt under its former name “B.E.STAT Elektronik Elektrostatik” based in Seelze (Hannover)

1998

Moving to new premises in Kesselsdorf (Dresden)

2001/2002

Outsourcing the service area and separation from the B.E.STAT electronics electrostatics – the B.E.STAT European ESD competence center was created

2003

Establishing the B.E.STAT Elektronik Elektrostatik GmbH, partners: Dipl.-Ing. Uta Berndt and Dipl.-Ing. Hartmut Berndt

2004

Now, two independent companies exist under the umbrella of B.E.STAT group©:

  • B.E.STAT Elektronik Elektrostatik GmbH
  • B.E.STAT European ESD competence center

fall 2007

Moving to bigger premises and hence an increase in warehouse and office capacity on a total of approximately 1000 qm

2008/2009

The B.E.STAT Elektronik Elektrostatik GmbH started in 2008 with the introduction of a quality management system according to ISO 9001-2000 and receives 2009 the successful certification to ISO 9001-2008. 2017 re-certification after ISO 9001-2017

2017

The B.E.STAT European ESD competence center starts preparations for certification to ISO 17025. Reports, audits, material qualification and certifications are carried out since then, according to the requirements of ISO 17025.
