The International ESD - Workshop was already created in the year 1999 for being a stage of an active exchange between interested parties and professionals about ESD. The up-to-dateness of the themes is underwritten by the yearly organisation of the workshop. It is not so necessary to give lectures or reports. It is more important to have an exchange of opinions, lively discussions and to have trouble shootings. Because of its internationality, the participants and referees have the possibilities to get to know their thoughts and solutions not only at home or in their land, but also to overlook the frontiers.
The last ESD - Workshops showed, that it is important ... to keep on thinking about ESD! And just this thought was hold on the last years!
