5th International ESD - Workshop 2003

This year the International ESD - Workshop was arranged from the 03rd - 04th June for the fifth time. Every year it is an important time for interested people and of course for experts of ESD.

Because of the numerous inquiries of the last year, the workshop took 2 days.

The numerous participants were able to inform themselves and to discuss with the speakers about interesting themes. The themes varied from information about new rules of ESD to new special materials for packaging and boxes.

The greeting was done by the firm owner, who is staff member of national and international standard committees and adept speaker at home and abroad: Hartmut Berndt.

As speakers Mrs. Anita Vaxman of Carmelstat from Israel, Mr. Hubert Bachmann and Mr. Dr. Rolf Geilenkeuser of AMD Saxony Dresden, Mr. Dr. Lücke of RTP Deutschland GmbH, Mr. Dr. Berlekamp of Klöckner Pentaplast, Mr. Christian Vogel of STFI Chemnitz, Mr. Gerhard Kraus of StoCretec and as well as Mr. Jürgen Magner of Polymer Institut could be welcomed.
